All members should have received their healthcare packets for 2026. If you are not making any changes to your healthcare plan for 2026, no action is required. If you are opted out of our healthcare plan, you MUST fill out the opt out form every year if you want to remain opted out. If you have not received a packet yet, please reach out to your business rep directly and they will work to get you a packet. Remember, all documents must be returned by 11/30/2025.
