Pay Dues

You can now pay your dues online! If you’re ready to pay your dues, click here to access our secure IBPAT payment portal. You must manually add $5 to your total when paying online to cover our processing fee. If you’d like to avoid the processing fee, you can bring or mail a check or money order to our hall (101 Ewing Rd, Carnegie, PA, 15106)

ACH Debit Now Available!

You can now sign up for our ACH dues system, which will automatically deduct your dues from your bank account each month. That form is available here: ACH Dues Authorization Form. Please read all the terms and conditions before signing and returning the form. YOU MUST BE CURRENT IN YOUR DUES IN ORDER TO SIGN UP FOR AUTOMATIC DUES. Please fill out the form and either return it in person or mail it back to the Carnegie office (101 Ewing Rd, Carnegie, PA 15106 ATTN: Dues). We cannot accept forms returned via email.

If you’re currently enrolled in our ACH payment program and would like to opt out of future payments, you can do so with this form: ACH Opt-Out

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How much do I owe in dues?
    • Monthly rates vary by membership type; you can confirm how much you owe by checking the IUPAT Mobile Member app or by calling your local union office.
  • Where can I find the dues payment calendar?
  • Can I still pay my dues over the phone or via check?
    • Yes! If you’d prefer to pay dues the way you’ve paid them before (over the phone via credit card, mailing or dropping off a check or money order, etc), you can continue to pay them that way.
  • When is the best time for me to pay my dues?
    • Dues payments are due on the 20th of the first month of every quarter (January, April, July, October), but will be accepted without penalty as long as they are received or postmarked by the last day of every quarter. If you pay your annual dues before March 31st, you will get one free month of dues .
  • What happens if I don’t pay my dues?
    • After three months of nonpayment, you will be suspended, and after six months of nonpayment you will be dropped from the union.
  • The payment portal says IBPAT. Is this correct? Aren’t we IUPAT?
    • When our union’s bank accounts were created, the IUPAT was still called the International Brotherhood of Painters and Allied Trades. We cannot change the account’s name, but if you see “IBPAT District Council” at the top of the page, that is the correct payment portal.
